Kern Water Bank Authority June 2, 2020

The Kern Water Bank Authority held its board of directors meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at its Bakersfield headquarters and remotely. Only they didn’t. I called in and General Manager Jon Parker announced the meeting will be postponed until tomorrow due to some nearby businesses being closed. I asked him if this was due to expected protests and possibly riots and he told me basically the information wasn’t complete but if they are going to err they will do so on the side of caution. The meeting will be held tomorrow at 3pm instead. God bless them in Bakersfield, Bless us in Fresno and Clovis and bless you where ever you are.
