There will be a live audience and viewers will be able to submit questions for the panel using a special text number. \nFOX 26 News reporter Rich Rodriguez will serve as the moderator and will be joined by a panel of experts: Jason Phillips\, Friant Water District\, Mario Santoyo\, Temperance Flats Project\, Tommy Esqueda\, California Water institute\, Gary Serrato\, North Kings GSA. The town hall will be carried live on FOX 26 6-7:00 p.m. and will be streamed live on KMPH.com and the FOX26 Mobile App.
