Conducts and participates in water resources-related programs and projects; organizes, analyzes, summarizes and interprets technical information, including maps, charts, and graphs for studies and reports; makes recommendations on project and program needs; visits project sites to anticipate and resolve potential problems; provides oversight and contract management for technical consulting staff; coordinates activities and meets with water agencies, cities, and other organizations, including members of the public.
