The National Flood Insurance Program’s (NFIP) Community Rating System (CRS) is a voluntary incentive program that recognizes and encourages community and state floodplain management activities that exceed the minimum NFIP requirements.
The DWR State CRS Users Group provides support and educational resources for communities that participate in the CRS or who are interested in joining or learning more about the program.
