NOTICE
SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 54956 of the California Government Code
and the Kern Water Bank Authority Joint Powers Agreement, the Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Kern Water Bank Authority has called a Special Board of Directors Meeting on
Friday, January 19, 2024, at 1:30 P.M.
The meeting will be held in person at the Kern Water Bank Authority Conference Room, located
at 1620 Mill Rock Way, Suite 500, Bakersfield, California. Less than a quorum of directors may
participate via conference call from the following teleconference location: 1106 N. 27th Street,
Tacoma, WA 98403.
The Board will meet in open and closed session.
