Special Project Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the construction of ag water conveyance systems and storage facilities, with the understanding of water conveyance through open and closed systems. Have a basic understanding of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act and the Groundwater Sustainability Agency Dashboard. Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies regarding project grants and permits. Have experience with designing and drafting software, as well as, spreadsheets Word, databases, PowerPoint, and GIS, SCADA, operate heavy equipment and general hand tools. Minimum of a 2-year degree and at least 5 years’ experience in a water related field.
